Charlie is a ball of energy-initially shy; now he is the first to try new things.  He's the first of his siblings to safely navigate the stairs, loves to wrestle with his siblings but also loves to cuddle with his foster mom and lay his head on her shoulder when picked up. He loves to cool off in the bathroom sink.
