Looking for a friendly, gentle bunny boy to call your own? Dylan may be just the guy you’re looking for. This handsome rabbit is what we call an “easy keeper” – there’s nothing high-strung or high-maintenance about him! When he was relinquished to us by a woman who was moving to a no-pets apartment, Dylan showed us his resilience by adjusting quickly to his new temporary home and his foster parents. He even bonded quickly to a shy little senior bunny named Julie who had lost her long-time mate.
When Julie passed away recently, we worried that Dylan would become sad and withdrawn. He certainly missed his little lady friend, but now he is showing us, once again, how adaptable he is. Dylan has rebounded from his loss still full of life and fun – and he would probably even welcome another bunny companion someday.
Dylan is very neat and tidy, and he is good with his litter box. His jet black fur is soft and shiny, and he has the most soulful brown eyes ever! Now that he is single again, Dylan really needs a family that will spend lots of time with him. This little boy is a great bunny and deserves the best home we can find. Please consider meeting Dylan soon. We think you’ll love him!

Please learn about proper rabbit care before deciding to adopt. Rabbits are NOT easy, low maintenance, “starter” pets! To learn more, check out the websites www.rabbit.org and http://www.bestfriends.org/theanimals/petcare/bunnies.cfm, and the book, House Rabbit Handbook by Marinell Harriman.
ACDC’s rabbit director can also provide you with a packet of rabbit care information. You can contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
