Hi, I’m Pete.  I was adopted by a family with two young children.  I was the pet for the young boy.  Unfortunately the family didn’t do any research on rabbits and the child became bored with me as he was too young for a pet.  I was put in the basement, stuck in a small cage with no toys, hay or much time outside my cage for playtime.

My original owner describes me as “friendly”, “loving” and “kid friendly”.  She didn’t want to take me to a shelter where there was a chance I could be “put down” so she contacted ACDC.  Luckily there was a foster home available. I’m really looking for a second chance in life.  A home with someone who wants to spend time with me and where I can run and play.

ACDC’s rabbit director wants you to know I’m a lot cuter in person than in my pictures. She’s not the best photographer so she suggests you meet me and see for yourself how cute I am.  I’d like to meet you!
